By downloading or using PDFScanly you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Using the app
PDFScanly lets you scan, edit, convert and share documents. You may use it for personal and business purposes in line with the law and these terms. You are responsible for the documents you scan and share, and for having the right to do so.
2. Not allowed
- Using the app to copy or forge documents you are not allowed to copy, such as money or official IDs for fraud.
- Breaking the law, or anyone's privacy or copyright, with the app.
- Copying, reverse-engineering or reselling the app, or getting around its features or ads.
3. Premium subscriptions
- Premium is billed through Google Play to your Google account, at the price shown before you buy.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
- You can cancel any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Premium stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
4. Free version and ads
The free version includes ads and adds a small "Scanned with PDFScanly" badge to shared files. Features may change over time.
5. Your content
Your documents belong to you. We do not claim any rights to them, and they stay on your device (see the Privacy Policy).
6. Accuracy
Text extraction, translation, counting and other automatic results can contain mistakes. Please check important results before relying on them.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost profits or indirect damages arising from using the app. Keep copies of important documents.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms.
